Steak Frites au Fromage : A Decadent and Easy-to-Make Dish

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8-10 White American Cheese Slices

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the fries: Follow the package instructions to cook the fries.

  3. Sauté the vegetables: Add the green bell pepper and onion to the skillet and sauté until tender.
  4. Assemble the dish: In a large dish, arrange the fries, top with the steak and sautéed vegetables. Cover with American cheese slices and melt in the oven or under a broiler.
  5. Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy immediately.
