KFC-Style Coleslaw

A tangy and creamy coleslaw recipe inspired by KFC’s famous side dish.

Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon finely grated onion
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup buttermilk
• 1/4 cup whole milk
• 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
• 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
• 8 cups (or 1-16 ounce bag) finely diced coleslaw cabbage
• 1/4 cup shredded carrot (omit if using bagged coleslaw mix)
