Super soft and incredibly delicious, these buns require only a few ingredients!
Ingredients:
- 235 ml (1 cup) milk
- 245 ml (1 cup) water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 10g active dry yeast
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 620g (5 cups) all-purpose flour
- 1 garlic clove
- 50g (1/4 cup) butter
- Parsley
Method:
- Prepare the Dough:
- Mix all the ingredients together and knead the dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Shape the Buns:
- Divide the dough into 16 pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Cook the Buns:
- Flatten the dough balls and cook them in a preheated skillet.
- Prepare the Garlic-Parsley Oil:
- Mix the olive oil with minced garlic and chopped parsley. Brush each bun with this mixture.
