Soft Skillet Buns : How to Make Them in Just a Few Minutes!

Super soft and incredibly delicious, these buns require only a few ingredients!

Ingredients:

  • 235 ml (1 cup) milk
  • 245 ml (1 cup) water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 10g active dry yeast
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 620g (5 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 50g (1/4 cup) butter
  • Parsley

Method:

  1. Prepare the Dough:
    • Mix all the ingredients together and knead the dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  2. Shape the Buns:
    • Divide the dough into 16 pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the Buns:
    • Flatten the dough balls and cook them in a preheated skillet.
  4. Prepare the Garlic-Parsley Oil:
    • Mix the olive oil with minced garlic and chopped parsley. Brush each bun with this mixture.
