3-INGREDIENT WEIGHT WATCHERS LEMON CAKE

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease the inside of a bundt pan and set aside.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, lemon Greek yogurt, and water. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour Batter: Transfer the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  4. Bake: Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool: Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature on a wire rack. Once cooled, turn the cake out onto a serving plate.
  6. Prepare Glaze (Optional): In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
  7. Serve: Cut the cake into 12 slices.
