Vegan Mushroom Stroganoff: A Creamy and Comforting Dish

Instructions:

  1. Sautรฉ the mushrooms and onions: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until softened, then add mushrooms and cook until browned. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds more.
