Instructions:

  • Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

  • Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed.

  • Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Add cooked pasta, chicken, sausage, and shrimp back into the skillet with the sauce.
  • Toss gently until everything is well coated and heated through.
